OT: Video Card for sale
What the heck, I'm getting an X800GT video card to replace my BFG GeForce Fx 5500 OC 128mb AGP video card.
It runs HL2 at 1024x768 fairly well and games like MVP 2005 run fine.. and has been great for lower end games. PM me if interested, I think oem versions go for about $40-$50 on pricewatch and ebay, so take that FWIW. I'll throw it on ebay if no interest after my new card gets here next week. I know some of you might be looking for a cheap upgrade. I'd probably do $45, which would include shipping and insurance. |
Roffle. I was about to ask you if wanted to buy my 9600XT - Still in the Box.
Its a brand new card I bought last year and never got around to installing. |

I was thinking about the 9600XT, but I really wanted a tad better card to last a bit longer gaming wise. Thanks though.. :) |

Does this mean you are giving up on getting the Xbox 360 at launch? I've decided I'm not going to wait in line. I'll either get my EB games pre-order, or I won't get the system until my pre-order comes in.. |

just get it at best buy or circuit city store. they will have lots on stock. |

Somehow, I think they will sell out very quickly. I work for a few hours Tuesday morning and can't go until around lunch time. |

Yes, I'm going to wait it out. I'm not paying for a bundle.. maybe a core unit down the road, but I am still interested in the ps3. I'm hoping this new video card allows me to play games I've really been wanting to play.. HL2, COD 2, Quake 4, etc... Can't wait to hear your impression if and when you do get a 360! |
