I won't get it until there's a better way to use it as a "media center".. don't understand why you have to have a PC sporting the Media Center op-system to fully use the "view video" and "record TV" stuff.. why would I need those things if I had a PC with Media Center to start with :P.

I use my current X-Box to view Div-X on my TV.. works splendidly since it's connected to my network. If there had been a way to record on the 360 it would be a definite buy (we don't have TiVo here in Sweden).

WrongWay would've bought one, but he spent the $400 on an Elmo

I'm waiting on an HDTV and seeing what the ps3 has in store.

I'll pick it up once a couple games come out that I'm interested in (if that happens). I've noticed my desire to play console games has greatly waned in the last couple years.

I'm hoping I can wait for a price drop. Or that PS3 eliminates a need to get a 360.

I'll get one soon... though by soon, I mean Spring of next year. Wait for the next Elder Scrolls game to come out along with some others. And when the supply is plentiful.

More than likely, I'll probably get one used like I did with the original Xbox.

Wait, you can find Core Systems? We're thinking about buying one for my brother-in-law and his family, and as non-net people the Core system would be just fine for them. Can't find any just yet, but we'll keep trying over the next couple of weeks...

I bet he can make a higher profit margin on the ebay if he sold it then the 360. :D
