slow thread today! Carolina jumps out 10-0 early but allows Dallas to get back into it. Julis Jones is running well and Carolina's D just doesn't look very special at all. I'm liking new pickup Drew Carter for the Panthers, but Steve Smith needs to get the ball more, doubleteamed or not at this point. 13-10 Panthers early in the 3rd quarter.

True, but a San Diego loss plus 2 Steelers wins is enough. All I want is to control our own destiny next Sunday and not hope for a Jacksonville win.

Smith I think felt he was fouled while being tackled and touched an official while making his case. Unless he said something that he shouldn't have, the ejecction was for touching a ref. Carolina down 17-13 with the ball after a nice defensive series.

I hate the NFL's broadcast rules sometimes. Pittsburgh is up 34-0 in the third quarter, and I'm stuck with this as my only game until it's over or Philly and Arizona start on Fox. This is nuts.

He was in a crowd of whooping and hollering Cowboys and grabbed the ref to get his attention to plead his case that that Cowboy players on the sideline were taunting him.

And he got ejected. I think if you are intimidating a ref, that's one thing, but trying to get his attention is not means for an ejection. That rule should be looked at.

I remember living up near green bay back in 97. I could get the CBS milwaukee station and the local CBS. Sometimes I would get 2 different AFC games (or was it NBC back then?). It was nice. Sorry that you can't see anything else. Could be worse, you could be a Browns fan.
