BBCF question
I know they have their own forum, etc... but I also know alot of you guys play it and arlie is a regular here.
My question is does the game keep track of career leaders, career records, single game records, etc...? |

It keeps track of: All single-season performances, record or not: I just loaded up an old test career that was simmed out to 2019. If I load up single-season passing performances, and choose not to filter out non-qualifiers, I can see all 8,517 single-season performances in the league's history, and can click on any player card. If I want to see a single-season record, I can sort on any category. Stats are kept in thiis way for passing, rushing, receiving, blocking, punting, kicking, returns, and defensive stats. All career performances, record or not: Similar to the above, all 3,287 guys who threw a pass in that league's history can be looked at, if you so choose. Heck, if you want, you could look at a player card of any of the 22,402 guys who have any defensive stat in this league's history. Any season's individual stats, record or not: The "Yearly Archive" allows you to filter by a certain season. In other words, if I want to see the entire list of league interception leaders from 2012, I can filter on "Defensive Turnovers" and "2012," and sort on the "Int" column, which tells me that Tommie Goldberg of Bowling Green led all of football with 9 INT's in 2012. Clicking on Goldberg's player card tells me that he was a 3-time All-Conference and 1-time All-America performer, and a 3-year starter at BG. Any season's awards: The "Award Achive" is quite similar to the one in TCY: I can pick a season and either national or conference awards, and it pulls all of them up. An improvement from TCY is that all player cards are clickable. All performances from your team: There is also a "Team Archive," which allows access to season, career, team performance an rankings archives. A pretty neat screen is the "Leaders Archive": ![]() Also good is the rank archive: ![]() As you can see, there's also a "Bowl Archive." as you might suspect, this lists the teams involved, score, winner, and game MVP of every bowl game, and can be filtered by year and/or Bowl, so you can sort to see, for example, all the Bowl Games from 2014, or the outcome of every Peach Bowl. Hope that helps. |
thanks SD! I didn't even see the history tab
