Sab's NFL Pick'Em Game: Conference Championships
Games:
Carolina at Seattle Pittsburgh at Denver Triple point score this week. For each point you are off by, you get 3. (Bonuses and penalties are still the same) And for the Super Bowl, points will be 4x and the bonuses/penalties will be 2x. Standings up in a minute |
3x points now?
|
Divisional Round Standings
Code:
Name DRI score the year's only perfect prediction (Seattle vs Washington) and I still don't finish first on the week (I also had the highest score for the week on the Chicago - Carolina game). How I wish I doubled the bonuses now... |

Yeah, just edited first post (forgot to mention it) |
Overall Stnadings after Divisional Round
Code:
Name TotalWarhammer extends lead to 6 points. I jump up to striking distance on 3rd place. Looks like the two leaders are running away with this one, but there is going to be a battle for 3rd place in the next two weeks. |
Seattle 21
Carolina 17 Pittsburgh 26 Denver 14 |

Are the Overall Standings after Divisional Round any different than the Stnadings? Do I have the lead in those?:D |
Seattle 30
Carolina 16 Denver 31 Shitsburgh 20 |
Why is it such a big deal when someone makes a typo...geez. Get a life, loser!!! :p
(And I would fix it, but for some reason the formatting goes crazy if I edit the post more than once, so you'll just have to live with Stnadings nub!) |
Pittsburgh 24

Denver 24, Pittsburgh 20

Looks like the majority think it'll be a Steelers vs. Seahawks Super Bowl. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I'd pick Seattle to make it to the Super Bowl and yet, they're one game away.

And its also strange that the top 2 are not going with Pitt and have decent lead over the pack from third down........ |

Uhh... good point. There's a reason why you guys are in the lead no? Not just in the lead, but kicking everyone else's ass. |

Well, my heart says Pittsburgh, but my head says Denver. Then again, my head said Indy last week too, so what do I know. |
Friggin Pittsburgh.
|
70 points so far...
|
100 points total for the weekend..
|
73 points this weekend.
|
err wait, does the 10 point penalty for the wrong winner get tacked on BEFORE or AFTER we multiply *3? makes a huge difference in some folks scores.
Mine putting on 10 after multiplying == 94 {(28*3)+10} Same putting in in BEFORE multiplying == 114 (28+10)*3 and with my 18 points total for the first game I either have 132 or 112 so which is it? =) |

After. For each point off, it counts as 3, but the bonus for the right score and the penalty for the wrong winner stays the same. For the Super Bowl, it will be 4x points, and the bonus/penalties will be doubled. You know, I can't remember my reasoning for seperating the two now that I think about it. But that's what I said so I have to stick to it. :) |
118 pts for me, so that means Warhammer now has a 24 point lead, and pretty much has it locked up!

Not so fast my friend! That is only a 6 point cushion I have for the game. |

[not knocking on wood] Its like when they show the field goal stats/streaks right before the kicker goes for the GW field goal.... "Vanderjagt has hit 30 in a row and has never missed from this range in his career" Wide right it goes. |
