I think that sums it up nicely.

That leaves us with the best part of the swimsuit issue being the letters to the editor they run in subsquent issues from people cancelling their subscriptions because they had no idea SI had such a depraved issue.

I look forward to that issue more than any other. :D

That most definitely is comedy gold. Especially the letters saying how their kid saw it or something!

This is going to come off as stereotypical "Back in my day things were better dad-gummit", but here goes - the SI Swimsuit issues haven't been the same since the longtime editor for that issue, Jule Campbell, was pushed aside. When she was running the show, the models were not overly skinny, what a gay man fashion editor thinks is attractive type of girl. Carol Alt, Christie Brinkley, Kathy Ireland, Elle MacPherson - these were attractive, healthy women. The locale as a theme was also well done.

Now who would think that? :D
