Hi Hosted Site Owners,

We will be performing major maintenance and upgrades to our hosting systems this week. Site uptime should not be effected, except database-driven sites who may observe limited (5 to 15 minutes) downtime.

Maintenance will begin on March 7, 2006 at 8am, and we anticipate completion by end of day March 9, 2006.

The following effects will be noticeable to our hosted sites:

* Sites utilizing databases will see a 5 to 15 minute period of downtime when we bring the mySQL servers down and perform upgrades. Database maintenance is currently anticipated on 3/8.

* Users may have connections reset as we bring webservers down, they simply need to reconnect

Hah! If they're doing what they say they're doing, there's no way they have the servers down for just 5-15 minutes.
