What is a Yahoo! Slurp Spider?

When the board was down if you clicked on Who's Online there were a ton of these. I assume it has to do with their search box, but what's with the "slurp" name/thing?

The rare 'slurp' spider is an arachnid found in the southwestern part of the United States that devours it's human victims by attaching itself to their face and 'slurping' out brain matter through the victim's nostrils.

Hope that helps.

I remember when one of these attacked Lady Bird Johnson during a meeting of the Women's Auxillary.

Isn't that the spider that lays it's eggs where your brain used to be? And then the baby spiders climb out your eyeballs?
