IMAX - Attack of the Clones?

Has anyone seen Attack of the Clones on IMAX?

My wife and I are thinking about going to see it in the next couple weeks. I thought the movie was ok, but I think on IMAX it could be very entertaining.

I personaly thought the movie was bad. Aside from the long battle scene towards the end of the movie this was a total waste of my time. The guy they got to play Anniken definetely did not fit the part. I would go on but I don't have anything to say other than describing how much I disliked it.

The last IMAX movie I went to was Dante's Peak. I think I ruptured an ear drum of something. It was so loud I can't even describe it. Simple footsteps sounded like a T Rex was sneaking up behind me.

The sound in the IMAX for AOTC was incredible. I was disappointed with the print at my theater. There was some damage in part of the film that was distracting. I have seen quite a few IMAX films, but this was one of the best regardless.

The only problem I had with watching it on the IMAX is that you really notice just how bad the lighsabre battles truly are. Even Jackson just looks like he's going through motions in the battle arena fight.

Really though, it is better, especially the sound which just makes it rock.

Now if I can just catch Two Towers on IMAX, I'll be happy.
