Is it sad that this is what I'm most looking forward to at E3?

I mean, is that so wrong?

Pumpy Tudors 04-17-2006 11:59 AM

Hell no. That's not wrong at all. I hate the PS2, but I can't wait for this.

SackAttack 04-17-2006 12:08 PM

I'm really jazzed to see that what it looks like they're doing is splitting multiplayer into multiple lines, so that instead of just sharing the melody, you've got three different actual guitar lines.

That could be ridiculously cool. I hope it's playable at the show.

No, you're perfectly normal. I don't have a PS2, but was seriously going to buy one if they indeed did release 5-7 more Guitar Hero games before next year. I saw that rumour somewhere, but it seems as though only Guitar Hero II will be out by then. Oh well. Still excited. :D

Pyser 04-17-2006 12:32 PM

Heh.

Ignoring the fact that the answer to that question would be self-evident, outside of Kentia Hall (also known as "The Waste Lands"), I think in three times at the show the only "booth babes" I've seen worth the name were the group promoting Dead or Alive 3 in 2001. The rest have been pretty average.

I'll check it out if I can pry myself away from Guitar Hero II long enough.

MacroGuru 04-17-2006 06:15 PM

I will more than likely be at E3, however, I will be working....and when it is confirmed I will let it be known.

Check out Supreme Commander when you are there. That is the Gas Powered RTS game coming out either late this year or early next year. Oh, I would imagine they will have on display NCAA and Madden for the 360. I hope it is solid.

BTW have fun.

That's a great feature. Nothing like guitar harmonies. Guys playing back to back in the livingroom. Tipton/Downing, Frey/Walsh, King/Hanneman, Murray/Smith. Awesome!

with additional entries from hair metal and heavy metal.

Even better!
