This is going to be a down and dirty, stat driven FOF 2k4 dynasty with the Rams. I plan on moving as fast and furious as I can. :)

I'm using Yabanci's excellent roster file and will be using the 2006 draft file courtesy of nilodor.

We go 2-2 in the preseason and only one major injury to report.

TE Roland Williams is out for 5 weeks with a strained elbow tendon.

New England and Carolina are preseason favorites to go to the Super Bowl with Miami and Chicago predicted to fight for the first draft pick.

I think 9-7 is attainable. We should score alot of points, but give up alot of points - pretty much on par with the Rams since moving to St. Louis.

I'll asses the team at the halfway point as far as needs/weaknesses.

A pretty tough second half schedule and Seattle only 2 games back. Should be interesting as I really didn't think we would be sitting at 7-1 so far this season.

The only weakness we have so far, is we allow alot of passing yards, but I figured our secondary was questionable to start the year. Just like the Rams of last year, we'll definitly be looking to sign a good FA Cornerback and possibly target one or more in the draft.

TE Roland Williams is out for the season with a ruptured adductor muscle, which could be his last season here in St. Louis. Everyone else is in good shape.. a few bumps and bruises, but nothing serious. Let's hope we can keep it that way.

* Holt has his 4th 100+ yard game and we get a HUGE W against a good Carolina team. Seattle loses their 3rd game in a row and we are poised to win the division as early as next week vs Arizona.

The AFC is still anyone's guess, but Detroit, Chicago, Tampa Bay, San Francisco, and Arizona, have all been eliminated in the NFC. Chicago holds the #1 pick right now at 2-11.

I decide to keep Holt out of next weeks game as he's questionable with a strained triceps muscle. Looker is hurt as well and I sign Tim Dwight to a 1 yr - $700,000 deal.

Week 15

Arizona (3-11) - 9

* We clinch the NC West!! I can't say that I'm not a little surprised.

New England clinches the AC East at (11-3).
Philadelphia clinches the NC East at (12-2).

Cincinnati, Cleveland, Houston, Miami, and the New York Jets, are all eliminated from the playoffs.

This puts us at $10,620,000 under the cap and we've already used $82,260,000 for next year's cap. Basically, we won't be in the market for any big time FA in the offseason.

* Once again I didn't want to take any chances on starters who had injuries. The win against Carolina in Week 14 was HUGE as we now have a first round BYE. We will only have 2 starters out for the playoffs, TE Roland Williams and OLB Pisa Tinoisamoa.

11-5 is a great season, imo and I'm extremely excited about the playoffs as we'll be pretty healthy as well.

Talk about a game that went back and forth. We came out like a finely tuned machine, but Carolina didn't fold in their tents and go home. They fired back and made the game very nerve racking. QB Marc Bulger ran this offense like a true top tier QB. I'm VERY pleased with our offense today. Our weakness is our secondary, but for the most part the offense kept them off the field as much as they could.

On to the Conference Final for the chance to play in the Super Bowl!!

Philly has DE Ndukwe Kalu, FB Thomas Tapeh, and DT Mike Patterson OUT. T Jon Runyan, RB Brian Westbrook, and S J.R. Reed are Questionable.

We have OLB Pisa Tinoisamoa, and TE Roland Williams listed as Qustionable, neither will play.

We lost to the Eagles 13-7 in Week 16, but both teams rested key players.

Philly was the #2 rushing team in the NFL and had a turnover margin of +12, good for #1 in the NFL. The also were #3 against the rush, #1 in 3rd down conversions allowed and #1 at allowing points. In fact, they only allow 16 points per game.

Should be interesting.

* Both starting QB's - Drew Brees (SD) and Tom Brady (NE) went down in this game and Philip Rivers outlasted Jeff Craft. Brees tore his rotator cuff and will miss 29 weeks. He wasn't happy as he'll watch his team play in the Super Bowl, from the sidelines.

In other news, WE WIN, WE WIN, WE WIN!! The St. Louis Rams are back in the Super Bowl and with Brees out, I really like our chances.

That didn't stop him as he continued to pound the football at us. WR Torry Holt proved he's one of the elite receivers in the game as he caught 7 catches for 119 yards, a long of 49 yards, and 1 touchdown. Great game!
