sweet news for soccer fans

Heard two different promos on ESPN radio tonight.

-Wednesday May 17th, on ESPN2 at 2:30pm, they are showing the UEFA Champions League final between Arsenal and Barcelon live. I thought this was a pretty big deal considering we usually only get these games on delay or pay per view at 20 bucks a game

-When the World Cup starts on June 9th, they are running all the games in HighDef. I personally cant wait to be able to sit and pack in 60 games of HD soccer.

I think they showed last year's final live.

ESPN2 has been showing a game live each week pretty much every round of the CL tournament thus far.

They've been doing it for years, tbh.
