H Hour: Announcement of moderator action and/or discovery of unannounced moderator action

H Hour + 3 posts: Complaint about moderator action
H Hour + 4 : Complaint about complaint
H Hour + 6: Complaint that if X spurred action Y, then A should have spurred action B but didn't.

Lather, rinse, repeat.
