I am curious if any of you would be interested in an online writing workshop group?

One where we would critique each others work throughout the time, writing challenges and such...I am looking to strengthen some of my writing so I can finish my novel while I am home......

I would make it an online symposium, lock it down for members only...submissions through e-mail or something....

Anyone interested, let me know....

I have built a base site layout and design for this, I will post about it when it is completed, this will be sometime next week.

Sounds interesting. Would this cater strictly to prose, or would it include other types of writing, like poetry or scriptwriting?

Macro - count me in. Most definitely. I've been looking for a writer's group for a few months now, and I've been having a hard time out here in the boondocks. In fact, if you need help organizing, moderating, or laying the ground rules, I'll volunteer to help make it a success.

I will more than likely take you up on this...I will be home and not doing a lot from June 2nd till June 18th, however, my next trip out, I will be by myself, and so nothing better to do then finalize the site...but I am hoping to complete it pretty quick.

I'm willing to participate, but I can't make any firm commitments because of assorted time crunches at work.

Just a brief update.

I am using Joomla for the site, and I am customizing it.

However, I am going to be setting up a forum for the group tonight.

Alright, the site is still growing, but I need input from people here.

It's never to late....

This will be an ever growing online community, my goal would be to drum writers up from all over.

I'll have to check in on this when I get back from Russia.

I'd be interested in this as well. I'm taking creative writing during my summer quarter in school, so this fits well with that.
