how do you get mod's for the NFL teams, logos, rosters and any thing else cool for FOF?

I thought you were asking for board mods at first. As far as the game mods you want, check out the stickied reference thread. The eyecandy section has many of the things you want, and the sections above it have most of the player files out there.
