Problem

A guy in my league is having problems unzipping the league files... Here's the email he sent me regarding it:

I'm having a serious issue getting my files from the site to download and extract to my computer.
I was having the same trouble in my other league ICFM which I'm no longer a member of because I couldn't get my files I'm sorta of in limbo But havent persued the problem..And was enjoying The FFL to much to deal with tring to get the files anymore since I wasn't having trouble getting FFL files.. But now it seems I'm about into the same amount of downloaded files that I started getting the trouble in ICFM

I deleted the cookies but that hasnt done anything same thing is happenning..

Now Ihave been using the evaluation version of winzip for a very long time I was thinking maybe this is the prob. but then I figured it couldnt be because I was still getting your files up till now...

The ICFM Commish Jerry he was sending me direct links , attachments etc etc and I wasnt getting a single box score or game log, nothin, zip, nada...Help from a computer guru would be a great deal of help if ya know one in our league please forward my problem to them... I'm pretty out of the playoff race and I don't have a 1st round pick. But I'd like to get this shit taken care of before FA signing and Franchise Player starts

Any ideas?

Could he perhaps explain what exactly is happening? There isn't anything too specific in that post.

It is saying the the file is currupt or is a bad archive please try download again. so he did and it still did it.

clear his internet cache maybe and redownload?

Is he downloading and saving the file to his machine or just extracting all the files?

I had a problem with WinRAR a while back where I couldn't overwrite an already downloaded archive for some reason...I just extracted all the files instead of saving the file and it worked fine.

I'm not sure if he's downloading and saving, or just extracting... i'll tell him to try just extracting
