Seconded...
I haven't had the buffet but it is highly recommended by my friends, who go weekly.
The gaming is excellent and Seneca has a really good poker room as well. Lots of different limits but be forewarned that the quality of play on the tables is relatively high. If you are a slot player, there really is no alternative - you must go to Seneca - the machines are WAY looser on the US side as opposed to Canada.
There are also two options on my side of the border: Casino Niagara and the relatively new Niagara Fallsview Casino.
CN is the older casino and has an EXCELLENT sportsbook and a solid lower-limit poker room ($2/$4 limit, $3/$6 limit, $1/$2 NL, $2/$5 NL) with a LOT of donkeys running around. It's a very loose room and I highly recommend it if you're a poker player.
The Fallsview Casino was finished a couple years back and is an upscale Casino, with a great theatre facility (lots of good bands come in), high-end nightclub and lots of other fancy amenities. The poker room here is pretty small and the limits are higher ($5/$10 limit is usually the lowest game they offer but they might spread the occasional $1/$2 NL game during the week). The quality of play is lacking here as well so if you like higher limit poker, this might be your place. It is tough to get on a table here because of the small size of the room, however.
