Sportsline Fantasy Football Free League?

There has to be some catch here. Has anyone played the free version on sportsline?

I thought it was always a pay to play service. Is it just not customizable? The advertisement says live scoring, analysis, and management tools. I feel like I just got robbed. I paid the $129.95 site fee, when I could've just had everyone sign up for free!
