FOF Utilities Poll
 

These are always fun. I think I've got two options for my next FOF Utility for 2k7 (the first is almost done if I can carve out some time this weekend: a resource auto-patcher for those who want to swap out the UI bitmaps with some of the cool ones Icy, Cuervo, and others have been working on). The two options are:

1. Update Extractor so people can dump scouts and coaches to CSV since the game doesn't provide a spreadsheet view of them, and maybe update it for the new roster layouts for drafts.
2. Figure out the new box score / log file format so that I can do son-of-LogFileProcessor that can dump all kinds of info about every play off to a database for really cool statistical analysis (having a database of every play makes figuring out things like "how many runs went for more than 20 yards in my career?" or my favorite I've always wanted to know "just how often do my opponents convert 3rd-and-long, 'cause it sure seems like they always do it when they really need it?")

Anybody have a preference now that we've had a bit with the game?

I like to see something that shows how many times you did each type of formations for offense and defense.

Its a good way to see especially if you sim your games out if its following your gameplan on formations % you set up in the gameplan.

I voted for the Extractor since I know how useful it is to so many MP-leagues out there.

That would come out of the LogFileProcessor (and is in fact a feature of the current version for FOF2k4 in the Extractor Suite...)
