Beyonce to star in lesbian flick with Eva Longoria

Beyonce Knowles and Eva Longoria will play lesbian lovers in a new movie.


The gorgeous stars have revealed they are set to star in sexy Victorian drama Tipping The Velvet.

Eva, one of the stars of hit TV show Desperate Housewives, said: "Yes it's true. We are talking about doing the movie together. It's such a wonderful novel, a beautiful love story."

Director Sofia Coppola is hoping to bring Sarah Water's novel about sexual repression to the big screen and is desperate for Beyonce and Eva to take the roles of a 1890s music hall star, Kitty Butler, and her lesbian lover Nan Astley.

Beyonce, 25, thinks it is time the world was treated to a classic lesbian love story.

The singer, who was speaking at a New York benefit for ovarian cancer, said: "We've had Brokeback Mountain so the time is right for this divine novel to get the same treatment."

Beyonce and Eva are said to be incredibly excited about the steamy love scenes and can't wait for filming on the project to start.

A source revealed: "They weren't at all coy about the sex scenes. In fact they both seemed to think it would be more fun than doing the same work with a man. It's going to be very hot."

This is almost assured of being overrated and disappointing.

Nevermind that there will be no real nudity but Beyonce is a skank and Eva is annoying.

This has the chance to be pretty good. Sofia Coppola is an excellent director.

I can just hear it now..."This movie would not be possible if the Democrats hadn't won last Tuesday!"

And half of America will see that as a reason to continue voting for Democrats, and half will see that as a reason why Democrats should have no place in our government.

Alot of people will be openly beating off while the movie is playing....

Can we just skip right to the unrated DVD version with never before scenes and outtakes from when both women "thought" the cameras had stopped rolling.:eek:

There is no chance this movie will be "better" than Bound.

Sounds like it's going to be a period piece. It would amuse me to see a bunch of dudes jamming the theaters, only to be disappointed when this turns out to be a politicized statement on Victorian repression.

I have never seen Bound, but I liked the lesbian scenes in Mullholland Drive.

I just looked up Bound, and saw that both Jennifer Tilly and Gina Gershon are in it. Please tell me both are naked and making out. Then I will beat o ... I mean rent this one for sure.

The Incredible True Story of Two Girls In Love made for interesting late night viewing, which is the only feature film I've seen with a lesbian relationship as the main focus.

I've always found it interesting how most straight guys are fine watching hot lesbian sex, but retch at the thought of a couple of guys getting down.

Meanwhile, most straight women find the idea of watching guy-on-guy action equally as retch-worthy as watching lesbian action.

I somehow think I will give less pause to seeing this than Brokeback.

If a woman told you that hot girl-on-girl action was "retch-worthy" she was lying to you. ;)

For those who say that Eva Longoria is annoying, there is no denying that she is definitely easy on the eyes. There's a reason there is a mute button on a remote control.

That mute button is what makes CMT watchable for me.
