Hot-Seat play?

I'm really enjoying the new FOF, but I'm really missing a hot-seat function.

A friend and I are having a lot of fun playing hot-seat Football Manager, however if FOF came with this function, I doubt Football Manager would be our prefered hot-seat game.

I know it can be done using the multiplayer league, but it takes a good amount of time and I was just wondering if I'm the only one missing this function in the game?

It's Multiplayer on One computer, as in you can take it in turns to manage your team.

I think you can just set up an MP league with just you and your friend and accomplish the same effect if I understand this correctly. It might take a bit more work, but I don't know as I've never ran an MP league.
