Greta must be on crack. There's nothing in the help file on Team Leaders or Greta, so I'm wondering what the criteria is for this list. At first glance it appeared as if it's a combination of Leadership and Personality, but Kennedy White (an undrafted FA) doesn't have the highest leadership on my team. He does, however, have the highest Leadership and Personality on my team, but I checked Roger Staubach and he has a low Personality. I don't know why Greta would pick an undrafted FA to be one of the league's top 10 Team Leaders...he's not even active!

That chick can probably pick anybody she wants.
