How do you edit the scoreboard?
I'd like to change the in-game scoreboard and main screen background. I don't see the files in the "picture" directory. Where are they located? Do I need a special program to get to those files?
Thanks |

Here is one wheels did for 2k4 (haven't tried it yet in 2k7):

From the FOF2k4 readme file I drafted a while back. To be honest I haven't checked this with FOF2k7. I know the scoreboard and fonts are the same, and I'm pretty sure they are still in the same slots. So this should work just fine. I'm just more of a Solevision guy now, I suppose. As always, be careful with reshack, who knows what it does if you screw this process up. Quote:

Cool. Worked perfectly!!
Would I go through the same process to change the background when the game opens? I would like to replace the picture of the GMs Front Office. |
Does it bring back the little football that ran up and down the field ?
edit : Nope, I was remembering the 3rd party viewer - and comparing it to Solevision. |
I'm pretty sure the football was there. (It's been a while.)
The background is done the same way. Just find it, replace it, and save. (There are two of them) |

Yes it does. It also makes the ball a different color when I have possession. Maybe this was there originally, but I did not notice it until after I swapped out the scoreboard. |
