Offering two free 10 day Guest Passes to World of Warcraft
 

I just bought Burning Crusade, and they gave me TWO 10 day guest passes if anyone wants it.

I have two free passes as well.

If I have an account from a few months ago... can I use a pass to try it again and see if I'd get back into it?

I think it might be just for first timers (and you wouldn't have any access to the new content, such as the two new races, anyway)

If I had more free time I would love to give it a try. But alas, game playing time is at a premium right now...

So I'm guessing you'd need to first purchase the game to use them? Don't you get 30 days free or something when you buy the game anyway?

Nah, it's a free trial, so you get to download and play for 10 days. If you want to continue past that point, you gotta shell out for the box and a retail code, which comes with a free month.

When I first saw that episode I laughed so hard I cried; it was hysterical. I'm watching it on YouTube right now.

if this is still available i'll give it a go Foz, i'll be your companion and if i have enough fun (maybe if we start a FOFC guild) i'll keep it going. i did WoW before but let my subscription expire. if not then oh well.

I might consider starting WoW again soon. My villain in CoV is 44, and once I get him to 50 I will move on to something else.

Can I get a pass, I'd like to try it out. I've never MMO'ed before, and always wanted to try.

There's one problem, you will need to borrow the WoW disks from someone, there's no download of it on line.

I'm tempted to join WOW everytime you guys start a thread about it, but it took me a year to be ble to get out of my WWIIOnline addiction, and even a year later, i still visit my squad forums from time to time and then i feel the urge of joining again. I'll try to resist as online games require a lot of time, not just playing 30 minutes from time to time.

That could be fun, maybe get up on one of the newer servers.

i have the original WoW. don't know if that means i can or can't take advantage of this offer. with the weekend coming up now would be a great time to hop on the good foot and do the bad thing.

Jeez, 2.2 gigs? I don't think my arcaic computer can run this heavy 3D game like it should.

It's too bad I miss hanging out with the FOFC crowd from City of Heroes. Hopefully when my computer gets upgraded we'll pick up one of these games and join you guys.

Well, since this is the only WoW thread I've participated in, thought I'd post it here. Blizzard Enterprises has opened a Customer Service Center here in Austin and I'm gonna apply for a GM position... wish me luck guys!

I have the skills for a few of the jobs they have posted for that new joint. Sadly, my wife doesn't want to move.
