Is there anyway to keep these saved, so they're still there when I load the game back up ?

No, not that I know of...

I wish there was a "check all" box, because I'd like to lock in most of my players, then uncheck only select few to see what is recommended.

Speaking of lock boxes, can we get one for the "Positional bias in depth chart" setting?

We had a major power outage in the area, I used all the gasoline from every gas station within 200 miles for my generator, and my 10 backup batteries have all been exhausted.
