Holy Crap... Things happen fast!
 

I looked at an apartment on Friday. Today the lease is signed, 1st month rent & security paid. I should get the keys between Wed-Fri. (The hold-up is that the landlady wants to put in a new stove & fridge first.

I also got a new part-time job today & a strong lead on a second part-time job! I start the new gig Saturday morning!

So this weekend is looking fairly interesting... Good thing there's no football on! :D

I'm flying out to Cincinnati on a business trip tonight and hope my apartment hunts in the evening go jsut as well!

I was looking so long that I never thought I'd find something decent. I was ready to pack up and move back to Detroit if I didn't find anything soon... But it's off to da Bronx now! (Bet they'll love having a Tigers fan... maybe I should get a Sheffield jersey!)

I'm still nervous about the apt. I don't have keys yet and it seemed to go too smooth.
