Demo not creating database?

Good evening guys. Looking to try out the demo and when I run it the box says that it's unable to create data files. I've reloaded, restarted, deleted, reloaded etc...if the demo won't work the actual game may not? Any ideas or help?

System:

XP Pro
2 mghz
1 gig ram
120 gig hd
NVIDIA 7800 gtx video
