MP Error (Hi, it's me again)

Hey everybody. I am the new proud owner of the WAFL's Phoenix Mirage. Unfortunately, I'm having a little trouble getting set up. I followed all the directions in their (very helpful) new owners thread, yet when I go to load up the game I get this:

I think to myself "Of course there's no gameplan data, I haven't even looked at my roster yet." But my computer is unswayed by this compeling argument. Anyone have any ideas?

Do you have all the past season data files? I.e. the [insert leagueid].2004
file, and so on...

Unable to load game plan data file? That sounds like the previous owner had the auto save game plan when updating setting on and the game is now looking for those locally saved game plan, having no success due to new ownership. At least that would logically make sense with the feedback you're getting...

i actually am loading a new league on a new computer tonight and got the exact same error.

I had this same issue in a league entering FA season 2. The commish & I tried every file he could dig up & nothing got me past this message, so I finally gave up. I have joined other in progress leagues w/ no problem. This may be an issue that needs to be looked at.

MrD: I just zipped up the entire contents of my /leagues directory. Can you unzip this to your leagues directory and see if that helps?

besides adding the past data files (x.2004, etc.) i also had to add [league name] file that was an FPX file and [league name].frc, which werent in the regular stage files. hope this helps!

weird thing now whenever i look at player profile you get a "Unable to load past season data file. Saved game is missing." error, yet the stats still load.

I managed to get rid of this error (and get a new one) by looking at a league I had that was working and seeing what files I was missing in the new league (the ones morellomre mentioned). Now I'm getting that superfun can't find stats error... but it really can't find stats. I'm gonna try SirFozzie's fix when I get on my home 'puter. Thanks for all the help guys!

i initially loaded the end season file to get rid of the first error, and then sped up to FA. In the process i missed out on the history file in between seasons. figured it out, got it up and running, good as new.
