The World Order Of Football is looking for some new owners as we start our second season. We are an FOF2k7 league. Experience in other leagues is not required, we are willing to take on new blood (as long as you're a regular participant here in FOFC so we've got some idea of who you are). We have filled four of these openings. Grand Junction remains open.

I'm very interested in obtaining a franchise in this league. Tried to post on the forum awhile ago, but my registration never was authorized for posting. If something is open, please let me know.

Greg, our commish, is currently out of town. I'm sure he will respond when he gets back.

Bump. Bisbo had to drop Stuttgart due to changing work commitments, so Stuttgart is back up for grabs.

We're between weeks 2 & 3 of the regular season, with an FA sim tonight and the week 3 game sim on Thursday.

Kaiserslautern is also up for grabs.

First post updated with openings for 2008. We have one new owner already lined up (aef027) who gets first crack at which team he wants, but we could use 4 other owners.

For the guys who posted here and wonder why I haven't got back to you in the last month or so, well, it's because instructions on applying are in the first post and I just don't check this thread very often. And the version of the game we are using is also in the first post.

Greg, I get a log in screen when I click the link in the 1st post.

SPAMmers keep slipping past the automated guards, so a lot of stuff is registered only, and we have to activate you manually. So create an account and drop me a line and we'll get you activated.

I also forgot to mention that we are in the playoffs for 2007 right now, so there is about a week or so before we move on to 2008.

Greg, I had loads of problems with this, 3 or 4 a day until I applied a mod at phpbb called VIP code which is just an extra box ont he registration form, but it stopped spam registrations dead.

We installed one, but they've started slipping through again.

I appreciate your follow-up. I'm no longer interested in joining your league right now but wanted to let you know I had the same problem as General Mike. Several months ago, followed instructions for applying but the instructions didn't seem to advance the process. Maybe it's changed by now but wanted to let you know.
