Must not really want to rent it...

This has got to be the rudest ad on Craigslist I've ever seen for a rental property.

hxxp://sfbay.craigslist.org/sby/apa/324297429.html

I understand wanting to make sure as best as you can that you don't rent to someone who's going to trash the place and all the other 'risks' involved in renting a house, apartment, etc...But do you really want to let everyone know that you are a complete pain in the ass landlord?

I really feel like calling them every 5 minutes or so asking them if it's still available or is the price negotiable.

Maybe it's just me, but, it's just plain rude, man.

If you think I'm clicking on a random craigslist ad, you're sadly mistaken.

JediKooter 05-04-2007 02:35 PM

Hmmm, not random as noticed by the /sby/apa portion of the url which identifies it as a apartment/house rental.

So what's wrong with the ad? (did not see a problem with it).

Did you see how he spelled "opulent"? LOL @ craigslist guy.

I just found it very presumptuous and rude and the use of the word drivel in regards to asking if the place is still available, when that's one of the MOST legit questions someone would ask regarding any type of 'want ad'. :)

Just my opinion though.

Have you ever posted an ad on craigslist? :D

Only late at night when I wasn't able to sign on to my Ashly Madison account.

1680 Sq. Ft. of prestigious splendor in San Jose

That's some huge house, not apartment, he's got there. And right in swank San Jose.
