Ping: Ryan S
Ryan,
I just saw a story about Scotland trying to attract foreigners to settle down in Scotland. This sounds awfully interesting to me... but here's a stupid question. Are there news/talk radio stations in Scotland? I've never heard of an American broadcaster taking off in another country, but what the heck, I'm willing to at least investigate. Thanks. |
interesting cam, do you have a link for that story?

Not nearly as many as you have in the USA. Most radio stations in the UK are music stations. I think there is only one talk station in Scotland, but I have not tuned in for five years so I have no idea if it is still running. (It went downhill after they sacked their most popular DJ) |
hmmmm... this might be a more difficult move than thought. :)
Then again, maybe the time is right for a talk show in Scotland. Perhaps you could start a petition drive in my name? :) |
Music? On the radio? Bah... next thing you will tell us that they actually play music videos on MTV in the UK.
