Fictional League Has Openings
 

After doing some offseason house cleaning, Shiba Football is seeking owners for the following franchises:

Columbus - Back-to-back conference champs
Kentucky

We're currently in the 2007-2008 offseason. As evidenced by this, the league has a strong core of attentive owners.

Here are some of the league settings:

• Cap Increase Range from 28 to 80
• Injury Setting 150
• We sim 2 games a week.

We've been making steady improvements to the site, including:

• Enhanced HTML reports, including sortable tables

• Spiffy 3D helmet models, if you're into that sort of thing

• Plus more enhancements to come (draft tool, etc.)

Bit of a newbie to the game and not played multiplayer yet, but if you are a patient bunch I like the sound of the Birmingham Vulcans..

This is a very user-friendly league, and a good one in which to start your multi-player career. If you go with two attacking midfielders you should do fine. To join, you can either send an Email to the commissioner, or stop by the forums and post in the 'new applicants' section. Links to both are in the first post above. Hope you'll join us!

Very fun league, the first offseason has been very action packed. The news and mockdrafts have made it pretty immersive as well.

Good time to get in if anyone is looking to try a multiplayer league.

I only joined few days or so ago and it's great fun.
The league is well run and the Commissioner is doing a great job.
The forums are professionally presented and very active - especially around draft time!!
I think there are a couple of teams still needing owners so if you're thinking about it, join up coz you won't regret it.

Richmond vacancy has been filled.

Now is a great time to join - just starting the 2nd round of the draft, and there's still some time left in free agency to add some players to your roster. This is a very well run league, with lots of knowledgeable and friendly owners and a great commish.

Does this league use FOF2007? I am looking to get into an FOFC multiplayer league, but I only have FOF2004.

Bump for an opening - Memphis is now available. They really suck, so if you're into rebuilding, this is the team for you.

Bump for another opening. The Salt Lake City Saints are available. They're probably in better shape than the Memphis franchise.

We have one opening - Kentucky Colonels

The Kentucky opening has been filled. We have another opening, however -- the Columbus Coroners. They're a very good team, having been to the past two Shiba Bowls.

How exciting. The Kentucky owner has quit after one week! We'll be starting the rookie draft in a couple of weeks.
