Help with computer backup...

I have Retrospect Express/Maxtor to back up my computer nightly, and the last seven backup attempts have produced the following error:

6/10/2007 4:00:14 AM: Copying Local Disk (C:)
6/10/2007 4:12:56 AM: Snapshot stored, 87.0 MB
6/10/2007 4:13:21 AM: Comparing Local Disk (C:)
File "C:\Documents and Settings\My Documents\Downloaded Programs\Other Apps\Nero 6.6 Major Update\nero_photoshow_express_setup_intl_us.exe": didn't compare at offset 104 in stream ":Zone.Identifier:DATA"
6/10/2007 4:16:09 AM: 1 execution errors
Completed: 1163 files, 394.6 MB
Performance: 179.3 MB/minute (241.5 copy, 142.5 compare)
Duration: 00:15:55 (00:11:29 idle/loading/preparing)

I don't think I've changed anything to this file path lately, either, which is the perplexing part. But does anyone happen to know how to fix this?

Thanks in advance.

hah. those smileys were really colons and paranthesis and whatnot. i would disable that, but not sure how, but it should hopefully still be identifiable what the text is.

thx

The main problem I can't help with. But with the one above, I can...

Below the box you type your text in, there's a list of "Additional Options". The third one is "Disable smilies in text". Check that box before you submit, and you're good to go! :)
