I'm not sure if this has been posted here before. I did a search but couldn't find anything. Anyway, it's basically an ongoing breakdown of the Lord of the Rings from the perspective of a D&D game. I've been following it for a couple months and just caught up again after having missed the last couple weeks. Pretty funny stuff if you've ever played D&D.

Oh man I'm like two or three pages in and totally cracking up here at work.

Thanks for this. This is bringing back memories of my GURPS campaigns back in the day. Hilarious stuff.

Oh god this will provide hours of entertainment for me and my D&D group.

Bringing back some fond memories of absurd campaigns.

"You cheap railroading bastard..." :D

This is hilarious and I've never played D&D, but I can easily visualize all this happening. Great stuff. :D

Wow. Beautiful, beautiful stuff.

Travis 06-15-2007 12:27 AM

Aragorn is way better in this version, freaking hilarious.

KWhit 06-15-2007 10:53 PM

That is suprisingly funny.

Izulde 06-15-2007 10:59 PM

Hilarious!

His sort of morals at the bottom of the page are often as funny or funnier than the comics themselves... at least i think so as a former D&D player. The line about using an NPC as a "bazooka" was so good.
