Funny stuff, but even the good Republican pictures are mostly butt ugly. Most of them look like men.

I would too but Laura Ingraham, Debbie Schlussel, and Ann Coulter all look like transvestites.

I'm excited to learn that Republicans know how to make jpg images and post them to the internet.

I'm not sure what's worse, the list of tired, moronic statements intended to be funny or how far down the hotness scale the jpg creator had to go to find the last few Republicans.

I love the one about college campuses. It's 100% true.

And if it was another funny email forward about George Bush being dumb you'd think it was hilarious. Lighten up.

That's not totally fair--our youth are in college. :) But once they hit 30 and haven't become one of the "lead protest organizers" they usually just say fuck it, get a job and become Republicans. So I can see the point.

Politics aside, on the internet political humor scale I give it a B+.

Half of the lines are funny. I especially liked the culture war line. I agree with ML, B+.

Dragging out Andrea Dworkin's picture seems a little harsh given that she has been dead for a couple of years.

Can you really leave politics aside if you're rating it on the internet political humor scale, though?

Actually, I thought the "lines" bashed the Conservatives almost as much as the Liberals.

Heh. I did too. At first I thought it was a clever back-handed slap at conservatives, but then I realized that most of them really do think like that.

Am I the only one that immediately thought there should be an * next to this statement referring to a footnote that reveals that ML is among the 4.3% of FOFC that find Larry the Cable guy hilarious? :p

I looked at the picture of Helen Thomas for about three minutes to see if it was a real life version of the old woman/young girl drawing.

Well, as opposed to the usual rating scale of "If I agree with the politics I will claim it's hilarious and if I disagree I will call it partisan crap, end of story". Call it the Dennis Miller Corollary.

That was a protest vote. But it relates to this discussion. Most people who aren't in his target audience's political demographic are conditioned to say he sucks. And those that are will hoot and holler even when his stuff isn't working. Call me crazy, but I'm pretty sure people from any spot on the political spectrum can be funny.

(Well, except college campus liberals. Good god they're cringe-inducing.)
