Never Seen This
In all my years of playing FOF from the original iteration until now, I've never seen a player's ratings at all 100's before.
![]() Wicked pissah. |
Damn, that's impressive even if it's scout influenced, especially for FOF2k7. And he was an undrafted FA, too.
|
From a player created historical file. That explains it a little bit, but nonetheless it's pretty rare.
|
I think it just says undrafted because he started with him on the roster. Anybody with a pulse gets drafted in historical sims because the pickins are so slim.
|
I still haven't upgraded to the new patch, but I've recently seen a bunch of undrafted guys go to near 100/100 after their first year in the league.

I am working on this for the next iteration of the historical files. They will have players correct draft year and round and maybe pick (for sure number 1 but the others I'm not too sure). Also I will tweak the draft files a little bit so there is a little more talent available later on in the draft (mostly backup/1 to 2 year starter types) |
I should look more closely next time. I didn't realize it was from the historical files.

![]() It's John Hannah, anything less than all 100s would just be wrong. :p |
First time for me
A few seasons back in my current SP game, I traded my disappointing starting QB to move up from #10 in the draft to #3. I took a LG whose potential bars were all at the far right. In his second season, I reached the Bowl, and by the week of the Bowl, the LG reached a 100/100 scouted rating with all 100 ratings. In his third season he started playing up to his rating, and he has mostly kept it ever since, occasionally dropping to 99 or 98 in run blocking. Having just ended his fifth season and going into the sixth, he is all 100s. The next-highest-rated player has usually been around 88.
Notes: The two guys drafted ahead of my LG were QBs who have hardly gotten off the bench. The QB I traded, who had a scouted rating of 66 and a passer rating about the same, has thrived on his current team and just led them to the championship (although with an 8-8 season record). I signed a benchwarming FA QB two years ago; he is now rated above 60 and was this year's Offensive Player of the Year. I drafted a WR with the #7 overall pick in the same draft as my LG, and he is a 74-to-75-rated superstar. Lucky me. |

But a popularity of 60? What do these people want? Two of him? Was that how he was created, or was he something like 90/100 in his first season? (I've not used historical rosters before.) |
