I'm glad they signed Konrad. I was afraid that he would go to another AFC East opponent and burn us.

As a phin fan I am glad we got Dixon back. I also wish Wannstedt were gone. Now time to peal back one painful scab.

I love Zach Thomas. God if only every player had his guts and attitude. But from an objective standpoint, his quality of play is just not there anymore. Honestly, I would not waste a big chunk of change on the guy. Big people blow him out of the play easily and in the last two years I have seen him miss a surprising amount of tackles in the open field. He is still great on the line of scrimmage (when not blocked out by big linemen), but in the open field he is weak on pass coverage and blows a lot of hits in the field. The big question is, how do you replace him?

Now other Dolphin fans can crucify me for posting such sacrilage. But hey, I call them as I see them, and Zach Thomas has lost something the last two years.
