College years question

couldnt find a forum for the college years, so if this isnt the place, sorry. but i was wondering, is there any way to add high schools to the game and/or set the athletic ratings? thanks.

No, there's no known way to add high schools or edit the athletic ratings. The ratings are generated randomly at the beginning of each game.
