I still hate the Coors Light commercials (and the beer).

Yeah me too. I'm surprised that they didn't use the Dennis Green Crown Their Ass quotes instead of the somewhat lackluster quotes for his commercial.

I think it would be quite fitting as well, seeing how rival Budweiser fancies itself as the "King Of Beers"

Yeah, it was a really poor commercial, considering that outburst wasn't used.

Could it be the use of rather mild profanity? It seems preposterous, seeing as how the term "ass" is acceptable on tv now, and the fact that the product being sold is beer. But....it seems like too unbelieveable of an oversight.

Well, with some creative editing they could easily get "if you want to crown them, then crown them"

And "its who we thought they were" would have been a good diss on other beers.

That was pretty silly.
