The game will start Monday with roles being sent out Sunday night. Rules and map will come shortly. You can read the last game here.

I will be limiting sign-ups to 15 players in hopes that we can get 15 players who can commit to the game while also having a couple of back-ups for the unforeseeable problems which forces a player to drop out. Deadlines will be announced with the rules, but are likely to follow about the same timing as the last games. Conditional orders will be accepted from players who can't make the action submitting period.

The only reason I'm not full-fledged signing up is A) I'm new to WW games and B) I'm not often on weekends/nights.

Heinz, I'm sure if your schedule permits that most of us that play regularly would be willing to sit one out to let a new player have a chance.

If the game is starting on Wednesday then I don't anticipate being able to play at the outset. So if you need alternates (might not) then I would do it but put me at the very bottom of the list so people who can actually meet the dates have the option first.

I am leaving for Vegas on Thursday, coming back late Sunday. If by some chance you end not starting til Monday, I'll play. Or if you need a substitute later in the game, keep me in mind.

Ok signups are struggling. I am going to push back the start to next Monday, with roles going out Sunday, to try and give me time to really polish the rules and also find a full cast of players.

FWIW I have struggled with games like this in the past and that's why I'm not signing up.

I am by no way knocking this style because I know some of you enjoy them, but IMO I would rather play a game where I can come home, read the thread, vote on someone, carry out a night action ( if I have one), then wake up in the morning and hope I am still alive.

again, no knock on other game styles because I know alot of effort goes into them, jusy my $.02

I'd be all for a small simple game in the meantime, to get my feet wet. My one over at TSW is going poorly, to say the least.

The first version of this game was a disaster for our team. I'll have to go back and re-read it because I basically remember this game being a continuous feeling of "oh, crap - what else can we do wrong within this ruleset?"

Wasn't this the one where you had your own personal victory condition and vanished? I could be thinking of another game...

Yeah, I did end up with the personal victory thanks to some help from Ardent. But us pirates ended up tripping all over ourselves the first couple of days and were very fortunate to end up with any kind of victory as the villagers just rolled.

Ok unfortunately I simply am too busy at the moment to run this game. I'm going to send Neon a PM shortly asking if he can go now, in hopes that we can switch. My apologies to people who signed up.

Heard back from Neon and he's agreed to go ahead with this game. While that game is going on I hope to get the rules for this posted so that I really will be able to rock and roll when it's my turn again.
