7th Grader needs your help! - Favorite NFL Team
 

My son is doing a project to poll 100 people on their favorite NFL team and their least favorite NFL team. This will be broken up into two polls (Favorite and Least Favorite).

Limitations - The project called for those being polled to choose between 10 items. So my son could only pick 10 NFL Teams. You will have to choose between them.

Just click a button to participate and help the boy out. While he did get roughly 70 kids at his school to respond, he needs 100 and it's due tommorrow. I thought maybe FOFC can hook him up with the rest of the way.

I thought about it, but chose to keep him shielded a little longer from the likes of FOFC. :D

I... don't know if I can pick a team from that list.

My favorite wasn't up there, so I picked the one that was spelled wrong.

So he's not really polling anyone.

Granted half the class will probably make up the answers but still.

Just go with the Patriots.

I picked the Chargers, but that is a tough list to choose from.

Yeah, my "favorite" selection was fairly random.

Had to choose my hometown team...too much of a loyal Chargers fan regardless of how bad they are sucking this year.

I feel dirty picking anything from that poll.

The 10 teams that formed this poll were through the eyes of a 12 year old. Thanks for all that voted.

He took the 57 votes from the "Least" favorite list and wrote those down...then found 37 from that list that also voted in the "favorites" and added those 37 to the 71 he collected in person. That gave him 108 "votes" total.

It took him 4 days to get to 71. So I didn't mind helping him finish it up with the internet "poll".

"You" think everyone hates the Patriots. From this (very scientific :)) poll, 27% picked the Patriots as their least favorite among the 10 presented, while 44% picked the Cowboys as their least favorite among the 10 presented. At the same time, the Patriots were only 1 vote behind first place for most favorite among the 10 options presented, while the Cowboys were second from the bottom (tied with three others). I realize this is not the ideal poll to test such things, but certainly the patriots are not the most hated, and are more beloved than they are hated, based on my arbitrary decision that distance from first shows how beloved you are. :)

Dutch the only reason I gave you crap for incorrectly spelling Cincinnati in the other thread was because we're in the GEFL together and I post fairly often enough that you should blindly be able to spell it!

You obviously need to teach your son about the history of Pro Football a bit more if he doesn't have the Pittsburgh Steelers on either list. ;)

Bengals/Seahawks? Who the hell likes those teams? I mean, hell, even the Browns have like 5 NFL titles and a huge fanbase as well.

Currently 2-1 hate/love for the Pats.

BTW, I noticed these polls are public. Do I need to sign some sort of agreement so your son can reference Desnudo in his report?

and 3.5:1 for the Cowboys. There are 5 teams below 1:1, 4 teams between 1:1 and 2:1, no teams between 2:1 and 3:1, and one team over. The Patriot dislike is not that disproportionate to the other super bowl winners on the list (except Indy, who is barely out of the glow of their super bowl win).

Yay for the Dolphins fans. Good to know there are at least 12 others out there that are fucking miserable this season.
