I have no idea who this guy is, but have seen him on TMZ a couple times. A quick google search found 2 additional references to him, but no bio or anything. Anyone know who this guy is???

What the hell is TMZ?

TMZ is a slightly more upscale looking celebrity news blog site. Great stuff to read on a boring day. As far as who "Gummi Bear" is, perhaps the following will help:
