Can't start new game

When I click on start new game the screen has a red "yes" or "no" on the random new player file option and a red "ok" button. It will not let me create a new game. What am I doing wrong? Thank you.

Did you enter a League ID?

Yes. I entered all the information but could not start a new game.

League ID has to be 8 characters.

That took care of it. I thought I was putting 8 characters, but only had 7. Thank you.
