I can't find the St. Pete article this is referencing, but I assume someone on ESPN.com's staff misremembers whatever someone told them to put in this article about Kazmir's arm:

"Tampa Bay Rays left-hander Scott Kazmir will be sidelined about two weeks with stuffiness in his throwing arm, the St. Petersburg Times reported."

here's one that's been on the online edition of the AZ Republic for a few days and even pointed out to them too.

"Virgil Renzulli, ASU vice president for pubic affairs, confirmed that an investigation is in progress but said he could not discuss details. "We always err on the side of caution," Renzulli said. "Some of the stuff we're hearing on the street is not accurate.""

Pubic affairs and ASU, eh? :D
