License question
I've put in a support form and a support e-mail to Viatech but I assume they are closed on the weekends. Just wondering what the ballpark turnaround is on an elicense request is? My old laptop melted down and I (and I'm not sure how I managed to do this) didn't save my order id# so I need them to send it to me. Any idea how many days this takes?

I'm not sure what sort of schedule they have, but I know I received a pretty quick response (maybe 3 or 4 hours) from them on a weekend in the past.

Hmmm...I realize it was a long weekend in the States but I filled out a support form Friday (July 4th) morning and still haven't heard anything yet. I sent an email to sales today to see if I could wake somebody up over there but still nothing.
That's odd, I haven't had problem in the past but this is a little ridiculous. |
Not sure if it's true or not, but I've heard that using the support form will get you a slower response. E-mail them at this address:
