14 smokes and 8 Pints a day is the key to Health.
That is according to the 101 year old marathon runner on the Today show this Sunday morning.
IN US figures that would be about a Pack of Cigarettes and a 12 pack a beer a day. Damn, I knew I was doing something wrong in my healthy lifestyle; I need to smoke more cigarettes and drink more beer if I want to live healthier!:D LOL... I do not think I have ever seen a marathon runner stop to have a drink and a smoke during the race.:) Quote:

I'm going out on a limb and counting him as an exception. Then again, if you run marathons, you can get away with a lot more than the rest of us. Excercise cleans out the body. A lot.
