ping Chicago FOFCers, anyone up for the Cubs game tonight
 

so i am flying into Chicago this afternoon, and my meeting doesnt start until tomorrow morning, so I am gonna head up to wrigley for Cubs/Brewers tonight...just wanted to throw it out there in case any locals are around and want to meet me there or at my hotel. (i am staying at the hilton on lake shore drive, down by Soldier Field)

i'll check this thread once i get to Chicago and coordinate with anyone interested (i land around 2pm central)

Are tickets still available? I might be able to make it.

i am looking at stub hub right now, and there are still seats there that I can get an Instant ticket for.

i have time tomorrow night, but not sure exactly when, might be later in the evening (9ish)...i dont know where you are in the city, but if you wanted to come down to the hilton or suggest someplace near there to meet up, i could probably bail on my reception dinner earlier

Looks like I missed out on the ball game, but we're planning to get together tomorrow (Thursday) around 7 or so, if people are interested. Probably somewhere near the loop so people can take trains in from the suburbs if they want.

Ahh the trains...Liz and I really loved riding the trains.

We're already pondering when we can come back to Chicago again =)

bad news all, I am not going to be able to bail on my dinner meeting...the program director from my client isnt showing up until then, so i have to be there..it would look bad to not be there to say hello and schmooze.
