OT - ESPN gives my Middle School props?
 

In the March 17 issue of ESPN Mag, Stuart Scott gives props to several schools in Winston-Salem, NC (where, I guess, we both were raised), including the middle school I attended (Wiley).

Which brings up a personel question-- Since I went to a small college (Gardner-Webb) and participated in a non-revenue sport (wrestling), is this the closest I will ever come to acheving my life-long goal of being on SportsCenter??? I hope not!!

Unfortunatly, probably. But get really good at wrestling, win gold at the Olympics, and then you will. ;) Easier said than done though.

and after winning the gold, join the WWF. Hey, it may not get you on Sportscenter, but you may get on Wrestlemania

and after joining the WWE, you can host the show on MTV. Tough Enough!

And after being the Tough Enough host, you can buy WWE.

No. The best way to get on ESPN now is to attack a referee at a major sporting event. Go ahead. I'll be right behind ya...

I almost attacked the Atlanta Hwaks players at the Grizzlies-Hawks game today. They suck. Grizz beat them by 40.
