Norton AntiVirus Connection
 

Not sure if anyone has expierience with Norton but I keep getting a message saying I need to update my virus definitions, but everytime I run the liveupdate it runs, says it is updated, then goes right back to saying I need an update.

My subscription is valid.

Oddly enough I am having trouble accsessing another web site that is telling me I need to enable cookies, but when I check to see if cookies are enabled all the setting are correct.

Any suggestions?

There are support notes on how to run LiveUpdate when it gives issues like this on Symantec's site (Norton 360 will walk you through it). I have off and on had a variety of issues, but the support instructions will walk you through a very specific procedure that has worked 100% of the time for me getting LiveUpdate to update everything.
