Hot Shot Golf 2 or TW 08 for PSP?

I want to buy a golf game before our trip to Ireland(!) next week. Would you guys recommend Hot Shots or TW 08 for the PSP? I can buy TW for about $25 off EBay, or spend $30 for Hot Shots. Any suggestions on what title is the most fun? Thanks.

I put in a ridiculous amount of time into the first HSG on the PSP. OT2 has been getting very good review scores and is supposed to be just as good as the first one. Tiger Woods is essentially a port of the PS2 version that doesn't translate very well to the handheld platform and hasn't reviewed very well at all. OT2 would be the best option IMO.

Thanks for the Recommendation!

I actually bought HSG over the weekend and haven't opened the package yet as I was still waffling between the two. I like the HSG demo, but I cannot find a TW demo of any kind.

I will probably just play HSG for now, then look at TW 09 (and the reviews) when it is released in late August.

For me, it would come down to "do you want real courses and reality" or "do you want simpler controls and fun times"? Also, if you have the original Hot Shots Golf for PSP, I wouldn't get HSG2, as it's much more of the same. And if you don't have HSG, you can get it for $20 (at most) because it's a classic title or whatever now.

I have HSG (the original) for PSP and HSG Open Tee for the PS3, but I've never played TW. I was actually contemplating getting TW for the DS, I've heard good things about that version.

I've REALLY been wanting to get HSG 2 for the psp. It's on my long list of games I need to buy.
